Since hitting a deer last year and having a real run around with insurance and another local company (who will remain nameless) I have had to have a few minor repairs and some maintenence issues resolved and BOB and his staff is nothing less than accommodating.. I cant say enough about the fast service and top quality work i have received each and every time..There is no BS here I would never go anywhere else and will recommend Bob and his team to everyone....

I smashed my front bumper and did some damage to the bottom of my car, backing out of my garage last Sunday. I didn't want to bother Bobby since it was the weekend. First thing Monday morning I called Bobby. He gave me a solution to my problem within minutes and asked why I hadn't called on Sunday. If you are looking for someone to do work on your vehicle honestly and efficiently, Bobby is your man!!!!!!!

I knocked my bumper loose, and was hoping for a relatively inexpensive fix-- just enough to keep the bumper on securely and allow the car to pass inspection. Instead, I came back to a bumper that literally looked like new, even the scratches were gone. Some additional areas in the rear of the car had been fixed, too. All this was done in less than two hours, and at a really reasonable price. I highly recommend Bobby and New Country Collision.

Beyond Expectations. Once again I was in need of Bob's services. My car was ready a day earlier than I was told, and it was in excellent shape. Both Bob and Teri were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. They are very honest and I heard many compliments from the car rental agency and also from the adjuster. We need more people to be like them.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bobby, Teri and New Country Collision. From start to finish they were kind and professional in helping me with my first accident. He advocated for the best repairs possible on my vehicle when dealing with my insurance. I will be coming back here for any and all of my car needs in the future. Again, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently had some minor damage repaired by New Country Auto Body on my new Honda Accord. They did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to work with. I was pleasantly surprised that Bob didn't even charge me for the repair.

I hope I never need a body shop, but if I do, I will be taking my vehicle to New Country Collision.

When my wife's car was hit while parked at our daughter's house our insurance company recommended a shop in New Windsor. My Son-in Law told us to take it to New Country Collision. We are very happy that we did, Bob was very professional and met every commitment he made. The work was impeccable my wife could not be more satisfied as the car looks like it was never damaged. Bob and his staff are a pleasure to do business with and they answered every question from start to finish. I highly recommend New Country Collision if you should need quality work.
