This was my first time working with New Country Collision and they’ve made my experience a great one. I was in my first car accident a few weekends back and this was the chosen mechanic shop who agreed on fixing my car. The wonderful receptionists were so polite and kept me updated in real time with the progress of my car. The mechanics working behind the scenes did an amazing job bringing my car back to life, having it look shiny and new when I went to pick it up! Overall amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this mechanic shop to family and friends. Thank you again everyone over at New Country Collision!

Thanks Bob, Terry & all at CARSTAR NEW COUNTRY COLLISION for your quality, professional service. The entire driver's side of our Subaru was wiped out by an 18 wheeler & we feared the worse, but CNCC did an amazing job & it looks like new! They impressed us with their honesty, responsiveness & quality workmanship and the ease they brought to a difficult situation. Bob made thoughtful suggestions & made sure the car was safe; all parts & labor were documented & disclosed; they handled all the paperwork with the insurance company; & they completed it remarkedly fast. I had my car repaired at carstar New Country Collision. I had a small engine fire in my ford escape and New Country did a very good job reparing my car. They answered all my questions. I would go to Carstar New Country Collision poughkeepsie again to have my car repaired if I have any problems with my car.

Have no doubts going to New Country Collision. The service was perfect. Bob and all of his staff were so helpful. The woman behind the counter took care of all of the paperwork and sent it on its way. Car was completed in a few days. Not only was the car repaired, it was washed inside and out !!!!! What a treat!!!!
