Should have gone here first!

My sons Subaru was hit while he was sitting at a red light by another car. The Subaru had only 2,800 miles on it so we were very concerned that it was fixed to brand new condition. It was towed to a shop near where the accident took place in Westchester. That shop took over 2 weeks to "repair" the car. My son picked the car up and on the way to have it inspected by New Country Collision (recommended by a dealership,just to cover our bases!) my son heard a noise in the front end. Uh oh! Apparently the Westchester shop missed damage to a wheel bearing in the front end. Upon closer inspection on top of that they screwed up the paint job to the hood. Bobby dealt with the insurance & my son now has his brand new car back! Live and learn... I could have and should have had the car towed to New Country Collision from the start. The shops want to make you think you don't have a choice but you do! You can choose where you have your car repaired! We will choose New Country from now on!

Excellent Service/Friendly and Honest

Our Subaru Forester was hit from behind and needed a new bumper. As the work began, Bobby and his staff found more damage underneath. Not only did he have it repaired beautifully, he took pics and got in touch with the insurance Co. right away so that it could be done right and still done by the time he said it would be! We had expected a delay given the 18" of snow we received, but that was not the case! What an additional surprise to find our vehicle clean inside and out! They definitely went above and beyond! Not only is their service fantastic, Bobby and his staff are very friendly and honest! It was a great experience dealing with New Country Collision and we will most definitely recommend them to our family and friends and use their service again in the future! Thank you all! We are extremely pleased with the service and kindness we received!

Excellent Service

Bobby and his staff did an excellent job replacing the rear bumper after it was hit! He went the extra mile to submit the needed pics and paper work to the insurance Co. After finding additional damage underneath! Not only did he get the approval right away, the work was still done on time! We had expected a delay given the big snow storm the day before but that was not the case! How great it was when we went to pick up our car to find it as clean inside and out as the day we bought it! Aside from excellent service, Bobby and his staff our extremely honest and friendly! Thank you all so much! We will refer your Co. to our family and friends!

WOW - AWESOME SERVICE!!

My son's Jetta was involved in a fender (and more) bender on the MidHudson bridge last week. I've never been through the process of getting a car repaired from an accident and figured it was going to be a nightmare. Bobby and his crew took care of EVERYTHING!! I cannot image the amount of work they had to go through to repair the car….it just looks amazing and runs like brand new. Trustworty, honest, professional are the qualities that's going to make me a returning customer for all my car needs! Thanks so much BOBBY and crew, you guys made life a lot easier!!

I went to pick up my Honda after my front bumper, headlight and side panel were repaired by the staff of New Country Collision and I was amazed how my car looked. It was brand new once again. I am not easily pleased with service as no one does the job they say they can do but the owner Bob went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only do a perfect job but also within the time framed promised. I am so glad I was referred to them as the service and customer service was SUPERB! Want your car to look good as new again take it to Bob you will be very pleased with the outcome

Dream Service

I was on West Road in Pleasant Valley when I was involved in an accident. I immediately called Bobby,owner of New Country Collision Center. I Trust Bobby and ALL his Mechanics due to being rear~ended in a previous accident which was handled beyond my expectations.
Once again Bobby and ALL his workers provided unheard of service by providing all I needed to get back on the road so I could pick up my daughter from school! Bobby had my car towed to his shop and the owner of the tow service came back to give me a ride to NCC after I was done with the NYSP accident report~Unbelievable!!!Better yet, the tow owner gave me a ride to Enterprise Car rental who car waiting for me because of Bobbys' help~
I can't say enough about how much stress was relived by the professional service I always receive at New Country and Bobby always keeping me informed step by step in going threw the process of having an accident, getting rentals, insurance companies and getting back on the road ASAP! Quality service with a genuine human compassion= PRICELESS!

If there is such a thing as collision repair made in heaven, I think I've found it. My wife had an accident in northern NJ on the NJ Turnpike which seriously damaged the front-end of our car. The Turnpike tow company towed it to the Turnpike tow yard/autobody shop. I made one call to Bobby, who from then on handled every detail--paid the cash bounty to retrieve the car from the Turnpike yard, had his tow company tow the car to his shop, got me a discount at a nearby car-rental company, handled all follow-up with my insurance company, kept me updated on all developments, and returned the car to me in like-new condition at the promised time. What more could one hope for? Thanks, Bobby!

HIDDEN GEM IN POUGHKEEPSIE!!

I had my car fixed by Bobby after I rear-ended someone, he got the job done quickly as promised and my car looks brand new again! Great customer service and fair pricing....I will be referring anyone I talk to to New Country...Thanks Bobby!!
