Like It Never Happened!We are extremely happy with the repair work that Bob and New Country Collion performed on our minivan. The service was not only friendly but very knowledgeable and professional. Being our first experience with an insurance claim, Bob helped us understand the claims process and worked with our insurance company to make sure all repairs were completely covered. When we picked up the minivan, the repairs were so well done, we could not even tell where the damage was.

New Impreza looks new againWhen Hurricane Sandy damaged my 2012 Subaru Impreza, I called the dealership where I bought the vehicle for advice. Immediately, my salesperson recommended Bobby at New Country Collision in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
Bobby was easy to reach, easy to work with and offered an excellent estimate. I dropped the car off last Tuesday and picked it up an hour ago. In less than a week, Bobby and the crew at New Country made my Subaru look like new again! And even though a bit more work needed to be done than he originally estimated, Bobby honored his original estimate.
Not only was New Country convenient (it’s open 6 days a week) and affordable, it was also personal. I spoke directly to Bobby each time I called – from setting up the appointment to picking up the vehicle. And – just when I though the service couldn’t get more personal – Bobby provided me with his cell number in case I’m not completely percent satisfied.
That’s excellent service.
I hope I never need body repair work again, but if I do, I’m going to new Country Collision.

YOU ARE THE BESTNew Country Collision is the best!!! I just had repair work done on my car for the 2nd time this year and the results were amazing! Bobbie and his staff are true professionals. HAPPY CUSTOMERAccident happened while not in car.Extensive work had to be done BOB & his STAFF did a wonderful job on my car. THANK you BOB & STAFF BOB would not give me back my car until it was in perfect running condition and i thank him for that.
