Recently had work done by Nick at the Marlboro NY shop and was very impressed by the great job in replacing my bumper on my Mercedes . The car looks like new! The fact that it was washed inside and out was definitely an added bonus and greatly appreciated! Never had that done before by a repair shop! Having had an the unfortunate experience of a meeting with a deer on the TSP, I turned to Bob and Terri at New Country to get our car back on the road in time for a long awaited trip to Ohio three weeks later. Did they ever come through! We received our car back as if right off the assembly line. This was not some fender bender with relatively minor damage. Bob's staff and crew kept us informed as the work progressed, went out of their way to get original parts, and did a craftmanship job. We were off to Ohio on time and with full confidence hat our car was in like new condition. Thanks Bob. Thanks Terri and the whole New Country team.

(Sadly- because I've needed that much bodywork on cars) I have used New Country Collision several times throughout the years. They are caring, efficient and go the extra mile every time I needed them. I referred several friends to them and all are very pleased by their repair work, reasonable prices, and friendliness. Bob is the best and on several times asked his staff to give me a ride from the repair shop to my job close by. Throughout the years, his staff always speaks highly of him and this family oriented business- You don't get a higher recommendation than that!!!!.

terrific service. everyone was polite and friendly. my car looks like new.I dtdnt't have to wait to very long and they even delivered my car. Their prices are very reasonable. I can't recommend them enough. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Awesome Job!! There is not enough great things I can say about Rob Aaron and his whole team at New Country. I’ve used them for body work on my sons Civic, front bumper and side damage, and I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked when I picked it up. I’ve also used them for repairs, tires etc. and each time, I’ve received honest perfect results. This week, I returned to have extensive body work done on my daughter’s car, and when I picked it up, I couldn’t believe my eyes. The car looked brand new! The work is unmatched! The work was completed quickly, at a fair price, and Rob was honest and up front with everything, He even buffed out the other dents and polished it to a showroom shine. Let me not forget to say thanks to Terri, who is so friendly, and has done an amazing job coordinating the repairs, and follow-up calls. My entire experience is always A1. Thank you so much, again, New Country!!!

There is a reason Allstate recommended New Country Collision, Inc. The reason is that fabulous owner Bob, who is not only great as his job, but a real nice guy who is personable and honest. It's hard to find that these days. The workmanship on my Silverado was awesome, and I am so satisfied with it that I feel I bought a new vehicle. The staff at New Country is also easy to talk with, and I recommend this company to anyone who needs body shop repairs done. Tony Russ

Rob was the only one who was able to fix the tire on my car that leaked air. I had been to Mavis and sears twice and they all were not able to fix it. Rob was careful and did everything to find it. He even kept it overnight to watch and see how it went. Very professional business and I recommend this business to anyone who needs any auto repair

Excellent job! Hit a deer and some heavy damage to the front of the car, was told it would take about 10 days or so for parts to arrive and plus the body work. 5 days later the car was done. Not only excellent body work but they detailed the car in and out! Terri kept in touch through the whole process and in the end I was very much satisfied. I very much recommend them! Rick

I highly recommend New Country Collision for any repair work on your car. Bob and his team did an excellent job of repairing damage to the rear of my car, while Teri in the office did a great job of coordinating with the insurance company involved to get the damage estimate done and also whatever paperwork was required. When the work was done, they sanitized the car and delivered it to my house so my wife and I wouldn't have to go out with the virus situation going on. Bob and his team have done work for me in the past and it's always the same professional job coupled with great customer service by a group of caring people. You can't do any better than that!
