TOP-NOTCH. I have been a client at New Country for at least 5 years. Although I now live in Florida most of the year, I still save any body work on my car for when I am in NY. Bobby and his staff do great work, they are always on time (if not ahead of schedule), his prices are fair and best of all...he's just a really good guy. His staff are great people too. My Hyundai looked so good when New Country Collision repaired it that I felt as though I did not deserve the car back that nice. I have found no flaws of any kind and the workmanship is fantastic. I have now driven the car quite a bit since the repair and it still looks great. It also drives straight and great. Bob not only did a great repair job on our car but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time, as a matter of fact we got our car back sooner than expected and it looked beautiful.. My 2011 Subaru OUTBACK had an unfortunate "meeting" with a deer on Route 17/86 just south of Binghamton on Father's Day, June 17, 2018. The deer hit my car on the driver's side and took out every single light, dented the quarter panel to the point the driver's side door could only be opened a few inches and put a nice scratch in the hood. I brought the car to New Country as they had previously worked on my Mom's 1997 Honda Civic which is still on the road and looks terrific. New Country had my car looking like new in just a week!! In addition, my car was returned washed and totally cleaned on the inside. I cannot thank Bob and his team enough for the wonderful work! I highly recommend New Country.Date of Posting: 03 July 2018

Bob has done it again! He never fails to amaze me with the customer service at New Country. I was out of the country when a car ran into our car that my daughter was driving. Bob worked with my daughter to get the car to New Country, repair it so that it looks like nothing ever happened and get it back to us in a very short period of time.
