We recently had someone hit our car, and we needed a door replacement. Our Ford dealer recommended New Country, and I couldn't be happier. Bob checked the car, gave us an estimate and time frame, and worked with the adjuster to determine the full cost and details of the job. The job was done on time and the car looks brand new. No problems, just a perfect job completed by a professional. I wish all my experiences with repair and contracting work was like this.

Bob the Savior!
This shop definitely lives up to its testimonials. Long story short, my Mazda 2006 has excellent brakes, it purrs now, and I now have a sense of security in my vehicle. Bob definitely went above and beyond for me, and he definitely treated me like a long time loyal customer. As of now, he is my only repair shop for all of my car troubles. And this is coming from a stubborn New Yorker who doesn't like change. You're alright BOB! More people should know about your shop! Special thanks to his team!

Bob & NCC were recommended to us by our Subaru dealer and we are so grateful. Having your car wrecked in an accident is stressful. From the very first phone call, Bob put us at ease. He & his staff went above and beyond the call of duty getting our car to the shop and keeping it for us when we were unable to pick up due to work travel. He was always so friendly, informative and reassured us we could reach him at anytime. He never made us feel he was doing us any favors, yet he certainly did. First time customer to New Country - 2014 Ford Escape with extensive deer damage. From start to finish Bob and his team gave our car the "white glove" treatment. Repairs expertly completed to like new condition. Bob handled everything including negotiations with our insurance company when hidden damage was uncovered that was not included in the original estimate. I sincerely believe that Bob repairs each customers vehicle with the same integrity as if it was his own.

Another awesome job

Just picked up our GMC Acadia-have to laugh as a deer hit us with only one more payment to make. So ecstatic with our car when we picked it up. It looks brand new and the inside was detailed clean - appreciated surprise! Bob was honest with us every step of the way in this process. He dealt with our insurance (GEICO) and he had them to look at the vehicle 3 times as he found more detailed problems. He is very thorough and caring. We have recommended New Country to friends and family as we had a vehicle repaired here about 5 years ago. Our recent experience reassures us that we are referring to a great business.

This was my second time bringing my Subaru into New Country Collision, and I am always pleased with the results. Bob is incredibly efficient, professional, and understanding. It is wonderful that he takes the time to explain what needs to be done, while not adding in anything unnecessary. While fixing the damage from the collision, Bob also noticed some other safety concerns, and repaired those as well. My car is back to looking great, both inside and out!
