Beautiful job!

I had a "meet up" with a delivery truck in a parking lot. Bob and his crew made the rear bumper and environs on my car look like new again. The price was fair, the work was done in a timely manner and dealing with Bob was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend New Country Collision. Thank you, Bob.

Outstanding Work

I did not have any major work done here but I just felt I should comment on the way they treat a customer. They took care of the work I needed to be done and it was perfect and timely completed. I don't know whether I was dealing with the owner or shop manager but he just impressed me as a nice guy to do business with.
I hope I don't have any major work to be done in the future but if I do, this is the place I want to do it.

Repeat customer

Our first encounter with Bobby and his team at New Country Collision was not our last - I am sort of embarrassed to admit. But when we messed up the back end of the car we knew exactly whom to ask to help us out. After Bobby took a look at the damage he started helping us relax. He explained the repair options and gave his recommendations. He helped us get favorable rental car arrangements. The repair work was perfect and done when promised. The cleanup team had the inside and outside looking like new, which was no mean feat for a 14-year old Honda. I hope it is a long time before I need to visit New Country Collision again, but if I do ever need help again, that's where I will turn first.

I was introduced to New Collision by accident, and always passed the shop on my way to work every day without notice. On the day of my accident I had the AAA tow truck bring me to nearest place. Bobby not only was fair, reasonable and kind, he helped me negotiate the Insurance and claims info. I have been back since for three other minor repairs and they have shown me the same kindness, consideration, and reasonable prices in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

Great work fair price

I've have been to see Bobby at New Country on 4 different occasions. Each time the work performed was excellent. Bobby does everything he can to work in your budget. Doing what is best for you not just looking to make as much as possible.

Happy customer

The front fender on my daughter's Honda Civic 2009 was damaged on a parking lot. The repair was perfect and the price was very competitive. As a courtesy he buffed up the rear bumper to remove scratches. Thank you Bob.
