FantasticAs always, a wonderful experience. Bobby and his team are top-notch. They are professional and friendly. The workmanship is excellent and they get the job done on time. There is no hassle. No gimmicks. They worked around my schedule and made the process with the insurance company and rental car very easy. In addition to the repairs, Bobby also cleaned the inside of my car. No HassleNo hassle, no run-around, no "unforseen costs." Bob and his crew did an excellent job replacing the back bumper and matching the paint to a tee. Didn't expect the inside detailing! Looks like Bob is the "go-to" guy from now on!

Bob and his team are very accommodating, on time, do exactly what they say they will and will work with you and the insurance company to get the most value for you and your vehicle. They have worked on my cars several times both body and mechanical work and not once have I had an issue. I started going to them a few years ago because they were nearby. Compassionate ServiceCan't be more satisfied with the repair of my new Honda CR-V. Bobby is a dynamic personality who helped me through the insurance and car rental maze. Handled all paperwork and met with adjuster & me at his place to review damages for insurance claim. I definitely recommend New Country Collision!!!
