100% SatisfactionBob did an excellent job fixing my vehicle, but he also provided a ride home when I dropped the vehicle off, and I got a ride back to his shop when it was ready to be picked up. Over the years I have had work done by a variety of shops, but none of them did better work, and none made me feel as satisfied with having decided to leave my vehicle at his shop.
I had several recommendation from his previous customers before making the decision to leave my vehicle with him. I now will join those other happy people with my own recommendations for his outstanding work.

Excellent Job!!Bob and his highly skilled team did an excellent job of repairing the front end of my CRV, which was badly damaged. When they found damage beyond what the insurance adjuster had reported, they worked with my insurance company to get the additions approved, and replaced all the damaged parts with genuine Honda parts. They even cleaned the interior of the car, so that when we picked it up it looked brand new!! Bob and his team are true professionals that you can trust to do the job right!!

Above and beyond!New Country did an incredible job repairing my vehicle. Bobby even took the time to address some issues that weren't part of the repair. The entire crew did a great job and thank you for all you did. When I set out to have my repairs done I was "trying" New Country for the first time. If they continue this quality work I will be back!

Perfection all aroundI recently brought in my 2006 Jeep Cherokee to New Country Collision and can honestly say the experience was nothing less than exceptional. There is that certain type of professionalism to the shop that you rarely see anymore. Bob explained everything prior to the process so we knew exactly what needed to be done. Bob and his crew take the time to insure all necessary mechanical and body work is done correctly. The workmanship on the vehicle was incredible and my vehicle was returned in perfect and pristine condition…looking better now than the day we bought it over 4 years ago. And they were right on schedule! It is the little things that mean the most. That is what you get from New Country Collision, from the courtesy received from both Bob and Marnie, to the service completed by the crew. There is that extra effort that goes into making your difficult experience as pleasant as possible. That is why I highly recommend this shop for all your Auto Body needs.
