Great Experience

My experience dealing with Bobby at New Country was great. He couldn't have made it any easier. He got my car in quickly, dealt with the insurance company himself and my car was done when promised. It looks brand new again!

Superior Work

We've had work done on our Honda Accords 3 times over the last few years, one being a major repair after a serious accident. Bobby is very professional and does very high quality work. He helped us work with the insurance company and our car was fixed expediently and meticulously. I highly recommend New Country.

First Class Service!

Exceeds Expectations

Wow, Bobby worked on my Civic and my wife's mini van. I will always recommend his shop to anyone who needs work done. He is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Bobby did exceptional work and even cleaned up our vehicles: no I mean REALLY made them look new. It pays to be nice and he is. Thanks for everything friend!!

Exceptional work and service

I don't like to give anyone five stars, because I can always find something, however insignificant, that can be improved. I even waited a week before posting to be sure nothing unexpected showed up. In this case I was thrilled to get my 5 month old car back looking as good as new in the time promised. And Bobby was most knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant too.

I wasBlown away at the work and Customer Service

I will never go to another body shop as long as i live on the East Coast. Bobby the owner was the greatest guy i could have asked for. My Subaru went in for a new hood, bumper, and grill. The paint was matched perfectly and the lines looked amazing. He also went out of his way and replaced a damaged Headlight and a piece of my wheele well at no additional coast. Bobby let me order my own custome mesh grill and installed it for free when it arrived in the mail 4 days after he had already done the work on the bumper and hood. When i broght him the car to put the grill in i had a head light out. Bobby also took this upon himself and fixed this at no additional coast. Great Work and even better customer service. Excellent work
