New Country Collision professionally administered all phases of taking care of the damage to my car. All State delegated the estimate to Bob Aaron, and all I had to do was leave the car at the shop on a Monday am - where an Enterprise car (business relationship with Country Collision) rental agent was waiting to get me to another car. Bob promised my car for Friday pm, and so it was. I even received phone calls from Terry, Bob's office assistant, throughout the week updating me and confirming the repair status of my car. All of the repair breakdown details, and final costs were ready when I picked up the car. The work was excellent, and was even complimented by a car wash, internal vacuum, and tire sealer! New Country Collision is truly an all inclusive auto repair shop - just drop off your car, and pick it up when ready. It is actually as easy and efficient as that.
