Excellent experience at New Country. Chevy Cruze needed two new doors and a good amount of body work after a collision. Work was completed faster than expected. New Country did a fantastic job repairing my car after my accident. I'd never been there before, but now I'll never go anywhere else. They worked with my insurance company, got the necessary parts quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. The car looks like it's brand new again. Thank you!

Last brought girlfriends car in to have driver door looked at ,was very impressed by Bob the owner professional and friendly advice .
Brought my 2007 Sky redline in to have right fender damage repaired , and also for estimate to repaint entire car . Discussed not using original black car came with . After getting fair estimate went in picked out a black metallic . Suggested by Bob . Picked car up today the quality was amazing as was the whole experience, the car looks better today then it he day I drove it off lot when it was new !

I normally never do this, however I genuinely had to share my experience at New Country Collision. I randomly chose New Country from a list of 7 other shops the insurance company had given me. But as usual for me, nothing is just a coincidence. Bobby and his staff did a tremendous service on my vehicle. My car when I picked it up looked great, and that was even in the rain.
Professionalism was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend New Country! Thanks again team.

As a local insurance agent I can't recommend a body shop or mechanical service facility unless I am absolutely sure of the quality of their work. If I'm wrong my customers will find a new insurance agent. For the last 20 years Bob Aaron and his staff have expertly performed vehicle restoration and service work for me and my clients. There is no where else I would take my family's personal vehicles. New Country just performed a major restoration to our Honda Odyssey after my wife had a collision with a deer. Upon return to us, the car looks and functions show room new. On top of that and at no extra charge they performed an inside detail on the Honda. Would I ever look elsewhere ? Not on your life !!

My car was hit in a parking lot and had quite a bit of damage. When I went for an estimate from a dealer that I had used in the past I found out it was under new ownership. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm caring group of people that treat you with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They took care of every aspect and made this a very easy transition. The car was done impeccably and I will definitely recommend New Country Automotive to my friends and neighbors. GREAT JOB !!!!

I wanted to get my truck undercoated. A good friend had highly recommend Bobby to me. I went to the shop to talk to him and found Bobby to be very personable and easy to talk to. He explained in great detail how they would prep the truck and the type of undercoating they would be using. While we were talking he noticed a few scratches in the clear coat and they were able to buff those out as well. The price in my option was very fair considering the high level of detail in their work. So if you need work done because of an accident or like me just an improvement to your ride. I also inquired about detailing which they also do. I highly recommend them and give Bobby and his team FIVE STARS!
