Unfortunate collision with a deerFor the first time in my life I hit a deer and the damage was quite extensive on my not yet a year old Sentra. Bob and his team did a phenomenal job in getting my car back to looking like new. Even the color, which is a bright metallic blue, was matched perfectly. And they even fixed a scratch that I had on my door which was not related to this accident.

Very happy customerThis was my first time visiting New Country and I was very pleased. Bob assured me that he would not be cutting any corners or sacrificing quality parts regardless of what the insurance company wanted him to do. He got my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time considering the amount of work he needed to do on my car. He communicated with me through the entire process so there were no surprises. They are The Best!!!I have been doing business with Bobby for 20 years. He is the most honest trustworthy person I have ever met. When I bring any of my vehicles to New Country Collision I know my vehicles are in the best of hands! The work always gets done in an efficient and reasonable amount of time. The vehicles always look like new. It never looks like there was any damage at all. Bob works with you as far as being fair with the prices and takes the headache away from you with dealing with insurance. He always steers you in the right direction. Bob makes everything very easy for you! I travel an hour from my home just to go to New Country Collision. That's how safe I feel leaving my vehicles in their hands. There is nobody else I would ever consider going to but Bobby and New Country Collision! He is the first one I call for advice when it comes to my vehicles.

Honest! Courteous! Quality!My great experience at New Country Collision began with the estimate and ended with the expert repair. Bob and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Because I had an appointment, they began work on my car's pre-ordered parts and turned my repair around within hours! I can't recommend this shop enough!!!

Mister 2After my little MR2 met with a young buck, I brought my car over to New Country for some TLC. Bobby and the team restored the car to like new status, even going to the extra details of obtaining the original equipment stickers that were under the (crushed) hood of the car.
After the repair, the car hasn't looked so good since a year or two after I bought it in '01. Thank you!
